Lead our national marketing strategy and make your mark.

Ethos BeathChapman is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our national marketing function and drive brand growth, talent attraction and engagement.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strategy, creativity, digital marketing and technology to deliver campaigns and experiences that make an impact.

What you’ll do
Lead and execute EBC’s national marketing strategy.
Manage digital campaigns, website content, social media and EDMs.
Drive talent attraction and employer branding initiatives.
Own branding and creative direction across events and internal initiatives.
Manage key partnerships including SEEK and LinkedIn.
Use analytics, AI and marketing technology to optimise campaigns and ROI.
Partner with senior leaders,



consultants and external suppliers.
Track marketing performance, trends and competitor activity.

What you’ll bring
5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in a service or professional services setting.
Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, content and campaigns.
Creative and design skills, including Canva, InDesign or similar.
Experience with employer branding, events and talent attraction.
Strong communication, project management and stakeholder skills.
A proactive, cutting-edge and commercially minded approach.
