We are currently looking for a part time Legal Assistant to joint our firm in Perth. This position offers an excellent prospect to work within school hours (9:00am to 2:00pm or similar) 4 to 5 days a week.
In this role you will work as part of a small and friendly team at our office in the Perth CBD. Physical attendance at the office is required.
A genuine interest in Family Law is required as Simplify Family Lawyers practices exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Family Violence Restraining Orders ("FVROs").
Key responsibilities
Preparing legal correspondence and compiling Court documents
File management and administration
Communicating with clients and professionals
Organising and collating disclosure
Preparing and issuing invoices
