Catering Assistant

$35.05 including casual loading + 12% super + penalty rates as applicable
Casual opportunity with shift times of either 7am-3pm or 4-8pm
Work shifts across Monday-Friday at North Canberra Hospital, BRUCE ACT

THE POSITION
Basic food and meal preparation
Assist with serving of meals to patients throughout the hospital
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and patient rooms
Clearing of rubbish and food scraps, ensuring a clean work workplace




Follow all Food and Safety procedures

THE PERSON
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and skilled manner
Team player and able to work autonomously
Flexible approach and attitude with positive communication skills
Must be able to meet the serology clearances (or willing to obtain required vaccinations) for this site
Possess a National Police Clearance or Working With Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain)
