Clear Dental City is seeking a proactive, positive, and efficient Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at our City practice.

About the Role

You will provide reception and some chairside assistance support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients in a fast-paced yet highly supportive clinical environment.

With potential to be promoted to manager.

Work schedule:
5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Full training provided for the right applicant

What We Are looking for
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Excellent customer service skills
Robust time management and multitasking ability
Experience with Dental 4 Windows software
Be able to process Hicaps claims and Eftpos transactions




Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and robust work ethic
Genuine interest in the dental industry
Minimum 1 year of dental experience a must.
