Overview
Trainer: WorkSafe Licences - Forklift, EWP, etc.
Base pay up to A$100,000 per year plus Super and a A$5,000 sign-on bonus.
Location: Werribee & Geelong.
Role open to discussion on roster and may involve travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).
Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other regulatory requirements.
Supervise students, maintain engagement and motivation during training.
Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Perform other general duties as required.
Qualifications and Essential criteria
Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required).
Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector.
Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
Australian resident with a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills.
