At Oscar Wylee, we're looking for an energetic and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Burwood store.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day store operations, compliance, and performance standards
Support your team to achieve results through coaching and exceptional customer service
Lead by example on the shop floor with hands‐on sales and customer support
Manage rosters, labour efficiency, and store performance




Partner closely with Optometrists to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Create a positive team culture where people feel motivated and supported
About You
Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Experience coaching, motivating, or supporting a team
Strong customer focus and confidence building genuine connections
A proactive attitude and ability to bring positive energy to a fast‐paced environment
Experience contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store operations is a bonus
A desire to continue growing your leadership career
