The Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualifiedDiploma Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacherto join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care.

As an integral member of our team, you will:
Build strong,



nurturing relationships with children
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs, aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for both children and staff
Embed the service's philosophy into daily practice and decision-making
Communicate effectively with families about their child's daily experiences and development
Maintain accurate observations and documentation of each child's learning journey and progress

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain) the following:
Diploma and or ECTin Early Childhood Education and Care
A validWorking With Children Check
A currentFirst Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
A solid understanding of theNational Quality Framework (NQF), including:
National Regulations
National Quality Standards (NQS)
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment
A strong understanding of the importance offamily engagement and communication
A commitment to supporting theholistic developmentof every child in your care
