Flick Anticimex is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney Commercial team.
This is a pure sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals.

This is not an account management role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the chase and is passionate about converting prospects into long-term customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Sydney
Prospecting through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
Conducting customer meetings and presenting tailored solutions
Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts




Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
Working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth customer transition
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
A strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning recent business
Confidence making outbound calls and securing appointments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven and results-focused
Strong computer and CRM skillsCurrent Australian Driver's Licence
