The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Manager / Sales Representative to join our successful on-road sales team.
You will manage and grow an established portfolio of customers.
Your customers will come from a variety of industries, with a strong focus on the florist industry.
You will be supported by a strong customer focus business which has a strong product and marketing program designed to help you generate sales and build customer loyalty.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your existing customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to increase sales, product penetration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and grow sales within an established customer portfolio.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and identify opportunities for growth.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products and categories.
Introduce innovative stock replenishment and ordering solutions.
Develop efficient territory coverage and call-cycle plans.




Analyse customer and sales data to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

An experienced relationship-based salesperson.

Commercially minded, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Organised with excellent planning and time-management abilities.

Comfortable working autonomously and managing their own territory.
Confident using computers, CRM systems and digital tools.

Able to identify opportunities and turn them into sales.
Experienced in managing an established customer portfolio.
Territory & Travel
This is an on-road position and will require regular travel throughout your territory throughout Western Sydney, Central Coast and the Hunter.
You will be expected to travel overnight for up to 4 nights when servicing your regional territory.
Training & Support
Koch & Co. provides comprehensive product and systems training, together with ongoing support from our experienced sales, marketing, product and customer service teams.
