We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter that is passionate about delivery, candidate experience and quality!
You will be focused on the recruitment of technology roles in Brisbane across our key markets: Project Services, Software Engineering, Infra / Cloud, Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities




Working closely with Consultants as part of a team to delivery on key client requirements
Sourcing of candidates through recruitment platforms including Bullhorn, SourceBreaker, LinkedIn and Seek
Screening and face to face interviewing of candidates for open vacancies
Proactively building talent pools for upcoming client opportunities
Utilise existing relationships to support colleagues in developing new clients and candidates, contributing positively to revenue generation.
Actively network in the community, building relationships, and promote the Emanate Technology brand at professional groups, events, and gatherings.
Manage contractors effectively, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
If required, successfully direct, mentor, and assist in training new Talent Consultants.
Demonstrate alignment with all company values and guiding behaviours.
Skills and Experience Required
We are ideally looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, ideally within technology, however we are open to candidates with relevant transferable skills
Strong consulting skills and ability to negotiate with clients, candidates, and contractors.
Maintain high levels of integrity and commitment to delivering the highest-quality service.
Ability to recruit and resource candidates for client requirements effectively.
