Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Flagship Further Processing Plant at Edinburgh Parks.
This position involves engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
To excel in this role, you'll bring the ability to influence others, build trust, and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Hours of Work
This is a Permanent Part Time role, working flexible hours weekly (Monday to Friday).
Standard hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Daily Tasks
Provide a warm, professional front-of-house experience for site visitors and personnel
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails from internal teams and vendors
Prepare PPE for visitors and assist with lunch and function preparation for visitors and customers
Manage document control, including archiving, filing, and scanning of records
Support QA with audit preparation and on-the-day requirements
Order and manage office supplies
Provide administrative support across word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and general support for Management
Multitask across competing priorities with a systematic, analytical approach
Support the Purchasing Officer as required
What You'll Bring to This Role
Previous reception and/or administration experience
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being self-accountable for your own outcomes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
An enthusiastic, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
