Junior Customer Service & Admin Officer – Smash Repairs
Makhdoom Holdings Pty Ltd are a leading local smash repair business operating across Maitland and East Maitland.
We take pride in delivering top-quality repairs, smooth claim handling, and outstanding customer service.
We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Junior Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our front-office team.
What You Will Be Doing
Front Desk & Communication: Attending to walk-in customers in reception, answering incoming phone calls, and managing office emails.
Vehicle Booking & Pickups: Booking customer vehicles in for repairs and arranging vehicle pickups once repairs are completed.
Accounts & Invoicing: Assisting with invoice receipting, entering parts invoices, and checking delivered parts against invoices.
Office Administration: Managing physical and digital files, general record keeping, and basic office duties.




Insurance Portals: Managing and updating all required insurance web portals to process repair claims smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
Excellent phone manner, a friendly attitude, and solid customer service skills.
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and reliability.
No prior smash repair experience required—full on-the-job training will be provided!
What We Offer
Full-time employment stability (Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work).
Competitive base salary of $55,000 to $58,000 per year plus 12% Superannuation or a full-time role (38 hours/week)
A supportive, friendly workshop environment with comprehensive training.
