We're looking for a Production General Hand who wants to be part of a supportive and safety-focused team.
You don't need experience just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and want to contribute to a team.
The role is fulltime based in Thornton, NSW.
As a Production General Hand, you will:
Assist in assembling components or parts according to specifications provided by the production team.
Set up and operate various machines
Assist or perform mould changes, start-ups, and shutdowns.
Perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, sorting, and labelling of products
Inspect goods and materials for defects or irregularities during the production process, report discrepancies, and collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve any issues.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues.




Record production data and perform light preventative maintenance.
Comply with all safety and environmental standards.
Keep production area clean, organised, and free of clutter.
