Waymark Hotels is seeking a driven Retail Manager to lead two bottleshop locations in Northern Townsville.
You will drive day-to-day operations, coach retail teams, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service across both sites.
Minimum 2 years' management experience in retail/liquor, strong leadership skills, and RSA certification are required.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may be required; opportunity to shape a multi-site operation and drive sales.
