About the role
Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator / Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Five Dock, NSW.
This is a full-time opportunity suited to a motivated construction professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience across both project management and contract administration.
You will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across NSW and Queensland, working closely with project managers, contractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects across NSW and Queensland
Prepare and administer contracts, purchase orders, and other project documentation
Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables
Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Identify potential issues and assist with implementing effective solutions and corrective actions
Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers,



consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Provide general project management and contract administration support as required
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar construction role
Relevant experience within the construction industry
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Familiarity with project management software and construction systems
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly regarded
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment
