Gatton Auto Electricalis looking for an energetic, organised and confidentCustomer Service & Workshop Coordinatorto become the key link between our customers and workshop team.

This is afull‐time, Monday‐to‐Friday positionbased at our spacious, purpose‐built workshop in Gatton.
The Role
This isnot simply a reception or administration position.
You'll be at the centre of a busy automotive workshop, helping coordinate customers, bookings, technicians and the day‐to‐day workflow.
You'll need to beconfident and firm when required, comfortable making decisions and capable of keeping things moving – while remaining approachable, respectful and open to the ideas of the people around you.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptionalcustomer serviceface‐to‐face, over the phone and via email.
Managingcustomer bookings and workshop scheduling.
Preparingrepair orders and job cardsand maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information.
Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
Acting as the keycustomer liaisonbetween our customers and technicians.
Coordinating with technicians regardingworkflow, job priorities and deadlines.
Helping keep jobs moving efficiently through the workshop.
Managing changing priorities in afast‐paced environment.
Generalworkshop administrationand record keeping.
Supporting the wider team as required.
About You

Your Experience
Experience incustomer service, service advising, workshop coordination, service reception, administration or the automotive industrywould be highly regarded.
You may currently be working as a:
Service Advisor | Automotive Service Advisor | Service Coordinator | Workshop Coordinator | Workshop Administrator | Service Receptionist | Customer Service Coordinator
Automotive experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential.
We'd also like to hear from people with strong customer service and coordination experience fromagricultural machinery, trucking, dealerships, equipment hire, construction, transport, parts, trades or other busy service‐based businesses.
Attitude, confidence, organisation and willingness to learn are just as key to us as industry experience.
