Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance.
This role includes 36 hours face-to-face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver trauma-informed care aligned to case and behaviour plans
Oversee household operations including budgets, audits, and WHS
Lead and coach Therapeutic Youth Workers to model best practice
Support culturally protected care and connection to community and culture
Ensure compliance with PSP, OCG standards, and governance frameworks
What You’ll Bring:
Diploma in Community Services (or related field)
2+ years working with young people in OOHC or residential care
Knowledge of PSP, 10 Essential Elements, and child protection law
Solid leadership, decision-making, and coaching skills
Current unrestricted driver’s license and probity clearances
