Downer offers a Transport & Infrastructure Cadet Program for first and second year university students to gain hands-on industry experience while completing their studies. The program starts with a placement in the ACT Regional Asphalt team and includes structured rotations across Downer's Transport & Infrastructure business.
The cadet program runs for three years with a compulsory full time summer placement and options for casual work during semesters.
