Workfast are currently seeking two reliable Production Workers to join a leading manufacturer in Wagga, specialising in the production of concrete sleepers.
$38.70 per hour + penalties and superannuation
Temp to perm prospect

What You Will Be Doing
Assist in the production of concrete sleepers by preparing and maintaining moulds, cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants.
Operate fixed plant machinery (training provided) to support the concrete pouring process.
Perform manual labouring tasks including lifting, shovelling, and sweeping.
Install fittings on sleepers and assist with quality control testing, such as making cylinders and conducting slump tests.
Work to strict safety and production standards in a physically demanding environment.
Maintain a clean and protected work area at all times.

What You Need
Reasonable level of physical fitness – this is a hands-on, physically demanding role.
Reliability is essential – must be committed to attending work every day.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
Previous labouring, construction, or manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.




Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screen).
Current Australian work rights required.
