Talent Acquisition Advisor at RTL Mining and Earthworks PTY LTD
About the Company
RTL are commencing annual recruitment for experienced multi-skilled Plant Operators, Rigid Dump Truck specialists and Service Cart Operators to work across our sites at Loy Yang, Yallourn, Groote Eylandt (NT) and other sites as required, on a casual basis.
The successful candidates will demonstrate:

Appropriate level of fitness to perform hands-on physical tasks when required.
Adherence to mobile plant prestart and maintenance procedures.
Mechanical empathy to always ensure efficient delivery of service for our clients.
Ability to operate mining operations mobile applications – training may be provided.
Qualifications
RTL are looking for the following type of operators:
Excavators (from 13 to 200 tonne, including GPS equipped)
Bulldozers (LGP units as well as conventional dozers up to D11, including GPS equipped)
Graders (12, 14 and 16 series CAT units' series including GPS equipped)




Water Trucks (Conventional and Articulated 6x6 Trucks)
825 Compactor
CAT 785 and 777 Rigid trucks
Service Trucks
