Your duties will include
Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes and presentation standards
Working across hot sections, including grill and pans
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Supporting kitchen operations and assisting senior chefs
Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef
Experience in grill and pan sections
Passion for food with a high attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
