Property Manager | Bossley Park - $105K Package
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded, boutique real estate office in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
Led by a hands‐on Director who truly understands property management, this is a role designed to set you up for long‐term success.
Working within a supportive and well‐structured team, you'll be managing a clean, well‐maintained portfolio with minimal stress and excellent systems in place.

The Role:
Monday to Friday with only 1 Saturday every 8 weeks (negotiable)
Portfolio of 200 properties
Conducting open homes
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Lease preparation and execution
Occasional tribunal attendance (extremely rare)
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
Certificate of Registration (COR)
Reliable car and driver's license
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
