Why This Role Is Different

Exceptional Support Coordination changes lives.
We've seen the confidence it builds, the barriers it removes, and the opportunities it creates.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
While billable hours matter for sustainability, they are not the purpose of this role.
The best Support Coordinators aren't remembered for utilization targets — they're remembered because they answered the phone, followed through, communicated openly, and earned trust.

Responsiveness matters.
Professional judgement matters.
Doing what you said you would do matters.
Most of all - participant outcomes matter.
If that resonates with you, you'll thrive here.
