You will work in the factory alongside another tradesman and apprentices, with occasional site visits required. This is a hands‑on role that includes supervising staff within the factory, training and guiding apprentices, and managing timeframes and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Work in the factory on custom‑made deluxe kitchens and high‑end joinery

Supervise staff within the factory

Train and guide apprentices

Manage timeframes and efficiency

Coordinate work across all stages of the job, from factory to installation

Read and interpret workshop plans

Manage workflow and quality kitchen manufacturing

Keep the factory organised and tidy

About you

High level of skill in cabinet joinery, with an eye for detail and versatility

Able to work well in a team workplace





Quality kitchen manufacturing experience, with the ability to manage workflow

Able to lead and communicate well with apprentices and staff — positive communication is a must

Manual driver's licence is a must

Some installation experience is a bonus, to help coordinate with other staff

Own hand tools are a bonus
