MRAEL is seeking a Senior Rates & Award Interpretation Lead to own the development and maintenance of pay rates for apprentices and trainees in line with Up-to-date Awards and Enterprise Agreements. You will collaborate with payroll, operational teams and clients to ensure rates are compliant, accurate and commercially sound.
The role requires serving as the subject matter expert on rates and awards and driving consistency across payroll processes and client engagements.
