We’re working with an established iCIRT Gold Star-rated builder-developer with a solid pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects across NSW. They’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a large-scale Class 2 project in Sydney’s Northwest & Hills District.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with overall site operations.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
Monitor construction progress and assist with maintaining the programme.
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required qualitystandards.
Assist the Site Manager with inspections, quality control and defect management.

About You
2–3+ years’ experience as a Leading Hand / Foreman on large-scale Class 2 apartment projects.




Strong understanding of apartment construction and site sequencing.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Relevant construction qualifications/licences will be highly regarded.
