National Graduate Enrolled Nurse - Feb ****

What the Graduate Program offers:
Our 12-month program is structured to help you build skills and confidence in your first year as an EN.
One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program
Ongoing employment contract from the start of the program

Hospital Locations:
Our Graduate Program is offered across a range of hospitals in QLD, NT, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS.
Graduate streams (availability varies by hospital and state):
You'll be able to nominate 1st, 2nd and 3rd hospital preferences and your preferred graduate stream when you apply.

What you'll be doing as a Graduate EN:
Delivering safe nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
Monitoring and documenting patient progress
Assisting with medications and treatments within scope of practice
Supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation
Educating and supporting patients and families
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Contributing to a positive patient experience
What we're looking for & to be eligible, you'll need:
Evidence of Australian working rights
Completion of an Enrolled Nursing qualification after 1 June ****, or expected completion before 17 January ****
Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including AM, PM, nights, weekends and public holidays
What to prepare for your application:
Updated resume
Two recent student clinical placement reports
Proof of Australian working rights
If currently on a student or temporary visa, a brief document outlining proposed next visa plans
