We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Taringa.

What you'll be doing
Building relationships with prospective and existing guests and actively following up sales opportunities
Understanding each guest's needs, preferences and buying criteria to provide the right solution
Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, products and services
Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire sales journey
Providing professional post-delivery follow-up and support
Working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
Supporting Toyota for Life requirements and dealership standards
Living Sci-Fleet's values and contributing positively to the wider team
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have previous automotive sales experience,



ideally within a high-volume dealership
Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Are confident, engaging and an exceptional communicator
Are genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
Are motivated by results and enjoy setting and beating your own personal best
Have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Are committed to continually developing your product knowledge and sales capability
Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture
Demonstrate professionalism, respect, efficiency and a commitment to continuous improvement
