Brotherhood of St Laurence is seeking an experienced In-Home Aged Care & Community Support Worker to join their casual team in Frankston, VIC.
You will provide centre-based social support and in-home care to aged clients and their carers, following Care Plans and promoting wellness and reablement.
A relevant certificate is required, along with MS Office skills, a valid Victorian driver's license, and willingness to obtain a food handling certificate.
