Job Description
Conveyancing Paralegal/Property Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated LicensedConveyancer/PropertyLawyer to join our legal office.
This is an excellent prospect for a professional who enjoys working directly with clients and managing conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
Conduct property searches and review contracts and related documentation.
Prepare and process conveyancing documentation.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
Manage settlements and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate file records and meet relevant compliance requirements.
Provide professional and responsive client service.
About you
A current LicensedConveyancer/Propertylawyer with minimum 5 years' experience.
Proven experience in residential conveyancing; commercial experience is desirable.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, proficient with Leap and PEXA.
Solid knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including AML/CTF laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.
A professional, client-focused approach.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
