East Coast Freight Distribution is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced courier driver to jump on board and help us keep things moving. This is your chance to join a close-knit, professional team that values hard work, reliability, and good people.

About the Role

This is a local, multi-drop courier role paid at an hourly rate. The freight includes cartons and flat-packed furniture of varying sizes and weights—it is not limited to small parcels and satchels.

We provide trolleys, tailgate loaders and the equipment needed to move freight safely. However, the work is active and does involve regular sorting, loading, unloading and handling of freight, so you will need to be physically fit, strong and comfortable doing this throughout the day.

You’ll be out on the road delivering freight around the Sunshine Coast.



It’s hands-on and rapid-paced – perfect for someone who enjoys being active and independent during the day.

Your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating one of our delivery vehicles
Accurate record keeping and paperwork
Communicating clearly with clients and dispatch
Loading/unloading and managing your freight and runs
Keeping your vehicle clean and presentable
Following road rules and company policies

What We’re Looking For
Experienced courier drivers
A valid driver’s licence with a clean record
Forklift licence preferable but not required
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Sound knowledge of Sunshine Coast roads and areas
Solid communication and customer service skills
Physically fit – able to lift and move freight safely
Honest, hardworking and motivated to do a outstanding job
