As an Event Manager, you will oversee the logistics and operational aspects of multiple events simultaneously. Your role will involve collaborating with corporate brands as stakeholders and ensuring all event details are executed effectively, including content preparation.

Key responsibilities
Manage the end to end coordination of B2B corporate events, ensuring all logistical details are addressed
Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet event requirements
Drive event logistics, operational planning and project timelines
Coordinate event content, run sheets and speaker requirements
Prepare content for events and oversee audio-visual setups
Ensure all event details are finalised and delivered on schedule
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

About you
Proven experience in B2B corporate event management, focusing on logistics and operations




Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to run multiple events concurrently
Solid stakeholder management experience with corporate brands and senior decision makers
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Comfortable stepping into a rapid moving environment and adding value from day one
Experience across event planning, logistics, production coordination and event delivery
