About the role

You’ll work as part of a hands‑on field crew on active cable recovery projects across NSW. This is a physically demanding role with real variety, different sites, different environments, and a crew that gets things done.

Key responsibilities

Cable recovery across diverse environments and locations

Supporting the crew with general site duties

Maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

Participation in our regular Health Monitoring Program (part of our commitment to keeping our people protected over the long term)

About you

Demonstrated experience in cable recovery (desirable, but not essential, we’ll train the right person)

Comfortable with hand and power tools

Physical fitness and a committed approach to safety

Reliable, punctual and self‑motivated, you show up and get it done





Own transport to get you to/from our Western Sydney depot (Company Vehicle car pooling to and from site)

Current Class C Driver's Licence (minimum) — MR or HR licence highly regarded; willingness to work toward one is acceptable

Must reside in Western Sydney

Availability for weekend work
