Junior production manager and site coordinator
Austwel Building Materials is a fast-growing building construction materials company focusing on Aluminum Windows and Doors for commercial and residential use.
We are constantly looking for talented future leaders to help better our business.
As a full-time Junior Production Supervisor, you will be trained to manage the day-to-day operations of our production floor, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services.
This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manufacturing process of the product
Support daily production operations and supervise production staff
Assist with production planning, scheduling, and meeting daily targets
Provide guidance and on-the-job support to production team members
Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bilingual in Chinese and English




No experiences required , but preferably in the construction and manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication, leadership and people management skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
