We're seeking an exceptionalStrategic Change Directorto lead the change, communications and cultural agenda across a major regulatory transformation program.
This is a critical and highly visible leadership role, with significant exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation.
You'll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the program, influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting mark on the organisation.
The Role:
Lead the program'schangeandcommunications strategy.
Embedcultural, behaviouraland business change.
Lead remediation, readiness and change impact activities.
Translatecomplexobjectives into clear, compelling messaging.
Establish changegovernance,



frameworks and success measures.
Identify and mitigate change risks and barriers.

15+ years'leadingcomplex transformationalchange.
Strong background inculturaland behavioural change
Experience operating in complex, high-profile environments.
StrongOCMmethodology and change leadership experience.
Exceptionalcommunicationskills.
Strategicthinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
Regulatoryexperience withASIC, APRA, RBAis critical
