Job Description
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) in Victoria is seeking a Senior Housing Services Officer to support the housing program and provide client-centered services to individuals and families seeking housing assistance or living in public housing.
Based in offices across the state, you will work within a network of community workers to manage tenancy matters, housing advice, and ensure proactive service delivery while coaching other staff.
