Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, driven Sales & Roadie to join our growing Australian team.
Currently we have a few opportunities available.
This is a unique role for someone who loves sales, events, people and performance and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every event matters.
You will be responsible for supporting our sales process, attending events across Australia, building relationships with prospective clients and helping deliver an exceptional experience from the first interaction through to enrolment.
YOUR ROLE
This is a hands-on position combining sales, event support and client engagement.
You will:
Cash collection from sales
Attend and support events
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
Follow up leads before and after events
Conduct confirmation and follow-up calls
Conduct sales and strategy conversations
Work closely with mentors, speakers and the operations team
Represent the company professionally at every event
Travel interstate when required

SALES EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in sales, telesales, events, financial services, education or high-ticket sales will be highly regarded.
However,
we are also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and personality who can be trained into the role.
Sales experience is a must.
You must be comfortable with:
Asking questions and identifying client needs
Handling objections
Following up consistently
Working towards sales targets
Asking for the sale
THE ROADIE COMPONENT
As a Roadie, you will travel to events and become an important part of the event team.
Responsibilities include:
Event setup and pack-down
Supporting speakers and mentors
Supporting registration and attendance
Assisting with client enquiries
Helping the sales team during the event
Following up prospects
This is not a standard 9–5 desk job.
Our events can involve long days, interstate travel and high‐pressure periods.
The right person will thrive in that environment.

Full-time position
Competitive base salary + sales commissions (Day Rate for casual position available for the right person)
