Aged Care Community Support Worker (Qualified)
Employment Type:Permanent Part Time position offering up to 40 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for additional hours following probation
Remuneration:$***** per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging to maximise your take home pay + $1.01 per kilometre travel reimbursement
Location:Tweed Heads and Surrounding Areas, NSW
Available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week between 7:00am and 7:00pm

How You'll Support Our Clients
Build meaningful connections with clients through genuine companionship and person-centred care, providing personal care, meal preparation, mobility support and everyday assistance to help maintain their wellbeing, dignity, independence and quality of life
Help keep clients' homes clean, protected and comfortable by providing domestic assistance.
Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, changing bed linen, cleaning kitchens & bathrooms, and general household tidying
Enjoy the freedom and variety of a community-based role, using your own vehicle to support clients in their homes across the Tweed Heads region, with $1.01/km travel reimbursement on top of your hourly rate
What Makes You a Great Fit
A valid driver's licence, reliable and insured vehicle,



and a willingness to travel up to ***** minutes across your local community
Experience supporting older adults to live independently and confidently in their own homes
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (with transcripts) and current First Aid Certificate
Australian working rights, and ability to complete a Nationally Coordinated Police Check
COVID-19 vaccinations (highly desirable)
