Maintenance Coordinator
Ingleburn Location
$140,000 - $160,000 + Super (Permanent, Full-Time Role) Company Ute Provided
Our client specialises in heavy equipment rentals and is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator due to ongoing growth.
This role would see you managing the Ingleburn branch and plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.
What will this position entail?
Coordinating and delegating duties for the workshop and field mechanics - 2 workshop and 2 field mechanics
Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop to plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers.
How can I be successful?




Previous experience with heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment, ideally within the rental industry
Australian recognised trade certificate (desirable, but not essential if you have strong mechanical knowledge)
Experience leading a strong team, with excellent organisational and leadership skills
