Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service acrossgaming, bar, and reception
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages
Handling cash and payouts.
Greeting members and guests and assisting with enquiries
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue
Monitoring responsible service and compliance standards
Minimum 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience required
Must have:
Over the age of 18 years old
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and public holidays
