Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties including a mix of houses, units and rooming accommodation.
Supported by a Routine Inspection Assistant, dedicated Leasing Support, and office/admin support.
We have two hands on directors who focus solely on Property Management.
Key responsibilities
End to End property management of a residential portfolio, managing approximately 130 properties with a Routine inspections & leasing assistant.
Deliver outstanding service to both landlords and tenants with attention to detail.
Seek new business throughout the role ( Great commissions! )
About you
Experienced in managing a residential portfolio from end to end
Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management




Current QLD drivers license & Property Management Registration ( QLD)
Strong communication & customer service skills with positive attitude
Console Cloud experience preferred but not essential
