Job Description
Caring Arms Australia is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator (Coordinator of Supports) based in the Central Coast region.
You will work with participants to understand their plans, coordinate supports and navigate funding to achieve meaningful goals.
Primarily work-from-home role with occasional Wyong office days; you will manage a caseload, advocate for participants and build relationships with families, providers and professionals.
