Job Description
In this role you will:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
Create evidence‐based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes
Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Qualifications




Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‐quality behaviour support plans and reports
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
