Job Description
Altius Group is seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation qualified to deliver return-to-work case management for injured workers from our Campbelltown office, addressing physical, psychological, social and environmental factors.
You will conduct Initial Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Vocational Assessments, deliver Vocational Counselling, and work closely with employers and health professionals to support safe, sustainable recovery.
