Due to continued rapid growth, Red Funnel has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales & Administration All rounder to join our Afternoon shift (4pm-10pm 5-6 days a week with possible overtime) team in Kotara, NSW.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on delivering excellent customer service, and is looking to build a long-term career with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide accurate product and pricing information to customers
Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, efficient, and commercial manner
Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience




Professional and confident phone manner, with the ability to manage multiple incoming calls
Robust interest in learning a new industry and developing a long-term career
Ability to listen to customers and provide objective, solution-based advice
Efficient and accurate order processing skills (phone and online)
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Food service industry experience or knowledge preferred
Personal Attributes
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
High level of self-discipline and accountability
A genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
