We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Springwood office.

This is a long-term opportunity within an easy-going, supportive office environment. We offer growth opportunities, recognition of effort, and a great team culture. The position is Monday to Friday and includes a monthly RDO.

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.

This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, ideally within Blue & White Collar labour hire, permanent placements within construction, civil, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, or other industrial sectors.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with and support our existing recruitment team and client base. This is not a sales-focused role and does not involve individual sales KPIs. The focus will be on candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, administration, and supporting day-to-day recruitment requirements.




At least 2 years of recruitment experience ideally casual labour hire experience
Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees
Be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise & multi task in a quick paced setting
Ability to work autonomously when needed
Sound computer skills and the ability to learn recruitment systems, including FastTrack360 & other recruitment software
A respectful and professional approach when dealing with candidates, clients, and colleagues

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Handling high volume incoming / outgoing emails and calls
Onboarding and shortlisting potential candidates
Keeping an up-to-date and active candidate standby list
Administration tasks including advertisements, database management, filing & collating employee documents and general recruitment based administration tasks.
