About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will improve the effectiveness of the professionals they support and contribute to the success of the broader firm.
This position requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the confidence to anticipate needs, solve problems independently and manage competing priorities.
You will work closely with colleagues across diverse teams, building trusted relationships while handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, telephone communications and competing priorities
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Manage expense reimbursements using SAP Concur
Plan meetings and oversee preparation, logistics and follow-up
Support special projects as required
Develop a strong understanding of team objectives and align your work accordingly
Anticipate, research and resolve potential issues before they arise
Respond to changing needs and priorities with flexibility and urgency
Build productive, trusted relationships across the organisation
About you You will bring:




At least 5 years of relevant executive or senior administrative experience
Experience in financial services or a related professional environment, preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using SAP Concur
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
Clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and a consistently professional approach
Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
The ability to manage several moving priorities and frequent changes
Initiative, resourcefulness and practical problem-solving skills
Strong relationship-management and rapport-building capabilities
A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently
Flexibility to assist with urgent matters outside standard business hours when required
