We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of our growing Sydney-based team.
These roles will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.
Reviewing engineering documents and ensuring design compliance
Managing materials ordering, tracking, and records
Overseeing sample submissions and approvals




Liaising with local and international suppliers and consultants
Managing subcontractors and on-site installation
Supervising deliveries, quality checks and defect reporting
Monitoring project schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance
Supporting on-site teams with installation guidelines and QA
To be successful in this role, you will have
A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
Valuable understanding of Australian Standards and façade design systems
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
