JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our Caulfield residential aged care team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing, and dignity in a safe and welcoming environment.
Working within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare, and, under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored and individualised care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

About the Candidate
Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
