We're looking for an experiencedService Desk Analystto join a government agency on a short-term contract, providing Level 2 support across key corporate business applications.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring applications remain reliable, secure and effective, while delivering a high standard of service to users.
Key responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Manage user access, permissions and application support requests
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures
Support application enhancements, changes and improvements
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service in line with agreed SLAs
Applications
You'll provide support across a range of corporate applications, including:
SAP
CRM
eQMS
DocuSign
SharePoint
Other business-critical applications as required
